1. No Cheating or Exploits

X-ray, hacks, duping, or any unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.

2. No Mass Random Killing (RDM)

You must have a valid in-character or roleplay reason to kill multiple players. Killing 1–2 players is generally acceptable unless it includes stealing valuable items.

3. Death Loot Rules

You may collect death loot, but:

• Leave all armor.
• You may only take one tool.

4. Raiding & Base Rules

No major griefing or destruction of bases. Allowed actions include:

• Taking food, blocks, and enchantments.
• Taking valuable items only in moderation (e.g., if someone has many sets of netherite armor, taking one is acceptable).
• Killing mobs, but leave at least two of each type alive.
• Raiding farms and auto-farms.

5. Teams & Roleplay Relations

Players may form teams, alliances, and rivalries. Declaring someone an enemy must have an in-character reason—not just “because.”

6. Griefing

Do not grief spawn or public spaces. Do not destroy builds purely to ruin them. Use common sense and respect the world.

7. Factions System

Players may form tribes, clans, or empires. Once you form an empire, you must defend your land. Raiding rules loosen for empires—other factions may attack, and if you fail to defend, they may take ores, one armor piece, and one tool per player involved. Empires risk larger raids but do not lose their title if defeated.

Dragon Egg Rules:

• The Dragon Egg is tied to faction progression.
• The main developer (SimplyPengo) must be informed of who holds it.
• It cannot be stored in chests, barrels, ender chests, or inventories (except briefly when moving).
• The egg must be placed inside your faction territory (in the overworld or where your faction is based).
• It may be secured (e.g., in an obsidian vault), but if stolen, ownership transfers, and factions may gain or lose a tier.
